What we store on your device, why, and how to refuse it. Analytics does not run until you accept, and the confidential intake form is never recorded.
Our approach
This site sets a small number of first-party items. Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary is set before you choose “Accept analytics.” If your browser transmits a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat that as a refusal and no analytics is loaded at all.

Third-party analytics
After consent, and only after consent, this site loads two third-party services:

These providers set their own cookies under their own policies. We run no advertising, remarketing or data-broker tags of any kind. If we add a provider, this page is updated before that provider is enabled.
Session replay — how we constrain it
Session replay reconstructs on-page interaction. Because visitors to this site describe sensitive regulatory matters, we apply two restrictions:
- Every field of the confidential intake form is masked at source. Keystrokes are never captured or transmitted.
- Recording is disabled entirely on the consultation page. It is excluded at the loader, not merely filtered afterward.
Refusing or withdrawing
- Choose Essential only in the banner.
- Enable Global Privacy Control in your browser — we honour it automatically.
- Clear site data for equitelcompliance.com to reset all choices.
- Block cookies in your browser settings. The site remains fully functional.
